Recently renovated, the building is an icon in the local market, having anchored the strongest retail corner in Lubbock for the past 4 decades. “This transition marks an exciting time for our company,” said Drew Gray, the company’s Acquisition Coordinator, “this space will better support our continued growth”.

Nationally, the multifamily occupancy rate has increased to 94.37% in March. This rate is up 30 bps from March 2012 and 70 bps from March 2011. The latest Axiometric’s forecast projects the national average occupancy rate to reach 94.9% in 2013.
